Customer Online Access (CustomerOnlineAccess.com) is operated by FISPEED.COM LIMITED, doing business as CustomerOnlineAccess.com ("COA", "we"). Last updated October 13, 2026.
What we collect
- From the dealership, when you choose Customer Online Access: your name, cell phone number, email address, mailing address, the vehicle you bought, and the documents from your transaction.
- When you sign: your choices on the registration form (including whether you opted in to texts), your signature and initials, and the date, time, device and network address of the signing.
- When you use your account: sign-in records (when, from which device and network address) and which documents you opened.
How we use it
Only to provide the service: to set up and secure your account, send the sign-in codes and notices you chose, show you your documents, keep a record of what you signed, provide support, and meet legal obligations. Your information is not sold.
Text messages
We use your cell phone number to text you only as described in our Terms, and only if you opted in (a sign-in code you ask for is always sent). We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except the providers that deliver the messages for us. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
- The dealership that set up your account sees your account and documents for your transactions with them.
- Service providers that run the service for us, only to do that: hosting and storage (DigitalOcean), text messages (Twilio), and email (Resend).
- When required by law, or to protect the security of the service and its users.
No one else, and never for marketing.
How long we keep it
For the access term on your registration form. Before your documents are deleted we tell you and give you a chance to download them. Records of what you signed may be kept longer where the law requires.
Security
Your documents are stored privately and shown only after you sign in with a one-time code. Sign-in codes and access keys are stored only in hashed form.
Your choices
You can opt out of texts at any time (reply STOP), update your cell or email in your account, ask the dealership for paper copies, or ask us to correct or delete your information, subject to records we must keep.
