Customer Online Access

Terms

Customer Online Access (CustomerOnlineAccess.com) is operated by FISPEED.COM LIMITED, doing business as CustomerOnlineAccess.com ("COA", "we"). Last updated October 13, 2026.

The service

Car dealerships offer Customer Online Access to their customers. If you choose it when you buy a vehicle, you get a secure online account where you can view, download and sign electronic copies of the documents from your vehicle transaction. You sign in with your cell phone number or email and a one-time code; there is no password. Your account holds convenience copies; the dealership's records remain the official record. The full terms you agree to are on the registration form you sign at the dealership.

Text messages (Customer Online Access text messages)

Texts are optional. You choose them with their own YES or NO under Text messages on the registration form, beside the online-access choice; they are not a condition of any purchase or of the service. If you opt in, Customer Online Access texts you at the cell number you gave:

  • one-time sign-in codes,
  • notices when documents are added to your account, and
  • the link to sign in or to sign your documents, when you ask for it at the dealership.

We text a sign-in code you ask for even if you did not opt in to other texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time; we will confirm and send no further texts (you can still sign in with your email). Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@customeronlineaccess.com .

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts come from a US number; supported carriers include the major US carriers.

Email

We email sign-in codes you ask for, and notices about your documents if you gave an email address. Messages come from no-reply@notify.customeronlineaccess.com.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
